DI’s philosophy is to provide systems that are easy to use and operate. Our Graphical User Interface (GUI) takes the guess work out of how to operate and manage the system. Simple point and click commands are all that’s needed to operate our Digital Voice Loggers.

Client specific Application Software is available on all DI recorders. These Desktop Software tools provide for the remote management of calls, retrieval archiving and watch dog applications for system integrity and maintenance. Aside from media replacement, all DI recorders can be completely controlled from a workstation or console position.

Auto recovery / remastering previously archived records can be recovered, remastered and copied unto new media. Digital recording supports up to 23 discreet digital PBX's and over 40 proprietary telephone sets. Fast search courier, high speed search engine to quickly retrieve, review, duplicate and distribute recordings from a remote workstation. The CallSAFE for DI RELIANT® is available starting at 320GB to 2,240GB of storage. Users can quickly locate calls from months past without handling media discs or leaving the convenience of their workspace or environment. Furthermore, CallSAFE acts as an intelligent search engine providing local and remote call access with enhanced features, such as the ability to classify a specific call from a set of customer defined call classification definitions. When a fault tolerant system is required and secure data storage is critical, CallSAFE is the solution.

Audiomap a playback tool that depicts recorded audio and shows the relative relationship of conversations along a continuous time thread, Calltrap a call management system providing all password authorized users the abililty to create a library of up to 2,000 recordings on the instant recall drive for quick retrieval. ChannelGuard a system "watchdog", monitoring each recording channel for the the presence of incoming audio activity.

DI VoiceVault™ is a full featured recording system that records 4 to 48 channels per recorder, operating in Microsoft Windows 2000. Examples of the feature rich capabilities of DI VoiceVault™ are: Caller ID, ANI, In/Out Bound search parameters, the ability to replay audio from a remote workstation, call check server support and the ability to detect and recover from archive media flaws.  Now small to medium centers with limited budgets can experience the features and functionality of larger centers.
