The
Olympus AS-4000 PRO makes digital transcription easier than it has ever been!
This software, combined with the Dictation Module Release 4, makes the
dictation and transcription workflow extremely efficient. The AS4000
software will check your email or FTP site for new dictation and send
completed documents back to the person who sent them to you. Plus in this
version, you are not restricted to MAPI email, you can now use SMTP email or
FTP to send and receive files. Doctors (and other professionals bound by HIPPA compliance) can take advantage of these features as well because of
the built in encryption option. All these features make the
dictation/transcription process complete. |
